Zack spends all the money on his and Cody's student cash cards, leaving the boys with no money for food. Plus, London writes a big check to Simms, which ultimately assists their return to the ship. It's Bailey to the rescue when a pig she befriended helps get the jail cell keys to help them escape. As each character finds London, they all wind up in jail. Unfortunately, Simms, the man who put London in jail, decides Moseby should be incarcerated as well since he works for her father. Moseby finds her in jail, where she's been put because her father cut down all the trees on Parrot Island, therefore sending all the parrots away to nearby Seal Island. Moseby has the ship turned around so they can find London and get her back on the ship. London has escaped from the SS Tipton via helicopter and gone to Parrot Island. All goes smoothly until London figures out how to get off the ship. Cody can't wait to be away from his brother after 15 years, until he discovers his roommate, Woody, is a bigger slob than Zack. When Zack finds out Bailey is his roommate, he's not too thrilled with "his" behavior, but when he discovers she's a girl, he's very happy. Meanwhile, new student Bailey Pickett disguises herself as a boy to get a spot on the ship, since all the girl's places were filled up. Moseby is not too happy when he sees the two, hoping his time at sea would be relaxing. T's the premiere episode as Cody and Zack join London on the SS Tipton to attend Seven Seas High School.
